The protection of your personal data is important to me. This website can be used without providing personal data. It uses no cookies, no analytics tools, no external fonts and no other tracking technologies.

3. Hosting

This website is hosted by hostNET Medien GmbH, Osterdeich 107, 28205 Bremen, Germany. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place. The servers are located in Germany; no data is transferred to third countries.

4. Server log files

When you access the website, access data is collected automatically: IP address, date and time, requested page or file, amount of data transferred, referrer, browser and operating system. This data is used solely for the technical operation and security of the website and is not combined with other data.

The legal basis is my legitimate interest in secure and stable operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Log files are deleted automatically by the hosting provider after the technically necessary period.

5. Contact by e-mail

If you send me an e-mail, I process the data you provide (e.g. name, e-mail address, content of your request) solely to handle your request. The legal basis is pre-contractual measures or the performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) or my legitimate interest in answering (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Data is not shared with third parties.

The request form on the homepage does not send anything to the web server – it only opens your own e-mail client with a prepared message.

E-mails are deleted once they are no longer needed, unless statutory retention obligations apply (e.g. under Austrian tax law, usually seven years).

6. Downloads

Downloading files from the “Downloads” section only involves the log data listed in section 4. No registration is required and individual persons are not counted.

7. Your rights

Within the limits of the law, you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR). Simply contact me at the e-mail address above.

8. Right to lodge a complaint

If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law, you can lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority, Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Vienna – www.dsb.gv.at
